Behind the song
“Let Go” is about realizing that sometimes the things you already know can be the same things holding you back.
If you want to accomplish something you’ve never accomplished before, you can’t always keep thinking the same way, following the same rules, and relying on everything you’ve already been taught.
Sometimes you have to let go. You have to unlearn what you think you know, open your mind to a different way of seeing things, and become willing to do what you haven’t done before.
To me, that’s what growth is. You can’t become something new while holding onto everything that made you who you already are.

Verse
Would you mind if i hit if from behind?
you the murderer of curvature, slithering your spine
snake in your grass, im killin it just fine
id pay for that ass but im limited with mine
fate told me last, youll get it with your rhymes
so i made my own path check my intricate design
its based on the fact that my mission is to find
what i love doing master that then ill hit my prime
but theres no more abusing my soul
i need to learn how to let it go
and unlearn everything i know
if you dont shine how the f--- youll grow
when its my time you will see my glow
from afar with no scope i aint dim like a lantern
my light too bright im the rings around Saturn
check my technique vocal chord weaponry
sold my sword cuz i am an open sore when i speak
open doors i keep multiple where i be
hoping they let us free i need to be legendry
my lifes a living dream lucid like what it seems
i control every scene movie night im the screen
Hook ×2
